If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item at no additional cost. -
Incorrect Order Fulfillment
If we made an error (e.g., wrong item, color, or customization), we will remake and ship the correct product to you at no cost.
